Hewitt recognised at ATP World Tour Finals
Retiring Australian tennis star Lleyton Hewitt has been recognised at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
Hewitt, who will officially end his career after Januaryâs Australian Open, was presented with with a framed poster highlighting his career achievements in front of 17,800 fans and former No.1s Boris Becker, John McEnroe, Mats Wilander and Rafael Nadal.

âI feel old. Iâve just being watching Andy [Murray] and Rafa [Nadal] and I was thinking that the game has evolved so much over the years,â Hewitt said after being presented with the memento.
âIt was many years ago that I won this season-ending tournament and when I held the No.1 trophy.
âThe Tour has been a big part of my life and Iâve loved every minute of it. Thank you to everyone for supporting me.â
Hewitt twice won the ATP World Tour Finals, including in 2001 in Sydney, where he also claimed the No.1 world ranking.
