Scott Morrison blames office for embarrassing photoshop fail

Take a close look at whatās wrong with this picture.Ā
For starters, the Prime Minister appears to be the victim of one of the greatest photoshop fails of 2019 ā a fake foot grafted on to his ankle in an official photograph with his beloved wife and daughters.Ā
Scott MorrisonĀ was rendered the owner of two left feet in the mishap, which heās blaming on overzealous bureaucrats.
āMessage to my Department (PM&C): I didnāt ask for the shoeshine, but if you must Photoshop, please focus on the hair (lack thereof), not the feet!,ā the PM said on Twitter.
āHere they are in all their glory ā my footwear of choice whenever I can get out of a suit.ā

While the self described ādaggy dadā is sporting a decidedly worn in pair of trainersĀ in the original image, it appears an image guru has decided the shoes needs to be whiter, a lot whiter, in theĀ edited version.Ā
Twitter users are already describing the gaffe as āshoe gate.ā
ā#auspol story of 2019: our latest PM (ScoMo) had nice white shoes photoshopped onto his feet for his officialĀ pm.gov.auĀ site?! Yup. Regular bloke. Our tax dollars hard at work. #shoegate,ā he said.Ā
Ā āDug some more, found the OG dirty shoes in a Fiji Times article⦠LOL.āĀ
