Jetstar bans unruly passengers after vile mid-air outburst

Two passengers who abused fellow travellers and crew on a Jetstar flight from Sydney to Bali have been denied entry to the popular holiday destination and banned from the airline indefinitely.Â
The man and woman, onboard flight JQ37 from Sydney on Monday night, acted aggressively and hurled abuse at other passengers and crew, a Jetstar spokeswoman told AAP.
Videos posted online of the incident show a man and a woman yelling and shoving the cabin crew during the flight.
The planeâs captain requested Indonesian police meet the pair on arrival in Bali where they were denied entry to Indonesia before being sent back to Australia, Jetstar said Wednesday.
The airline is investigating the incident and says the pair have been banned until further notice.

Video footage aired on Channel Nine showed one of the pair yelling at another passenger before they appeared to push and shove crew members.
âYou know what, fâ your family mate and fâ you. Iâm trying to apologise and youâre throwing it back in my face,â a woman can be heard yelling at another passenger.
âI said Iâm sorry. I canât go ahead and change his actions. Iâm sorry for what heâs done. Iâm very sorry.â
The woman shortly after appears to shove flight crew members and scream âwhat are you doing to me?â
A man can then be heard yelling: âleave her alone. Donât fâ- touch me. Leave her alone!â
Channel Nine quoted a Jetstar spokesperson as saying the pair had been returned home.
âThe disruptive customer and their travelling party were denied entry to Bali and returned to Australia,â a spokesperson said.
