Turkish couple feed 4000 refugees on wedding day
A Turkish couple has tied the knot in front of four thousand refugees fleeing war-torn Syria.
But the bride and groom, Fethullah ĂzĂźmcĂźoÄlu and Esra Polat, took things a step further, feeding the refugees from food trucks, alongside their wedding guests.

According to UNHCR figures, more than a million Syrians have moved into Turkey since the conflict began in 2011.
And tens of thousands have gone to the newly-wedâs town of Kilis, in the countryâs south close to the Syrian border.
Groom Fethullah ĂzĂźmcĂźoÄlu told local media the ambitious wedding day was worthwhile.
âSeeing the happiness in the eyes of the Syrian refugee children is just priceless. We started our journey to happiness with making others happy and thatâs a great feeling,â he said.

Local media reported that the groomâs father Ali ĂzĂźmcĂźoÄlu came up with the idea to invite the extra wedding guests.
âWe thought that on such a happy day, we would share the wedding party with our Syrian brothers and sisters,â he told Serhat Kilis newspaper.
âWe thought this was best done with Kimse Yok Mu who could provide a truck. God willing, this will lead to others doing the same and giving food to our Syrian brothers and sisters. For us, it was an interesting wedding dinner.â
The father is also a member of Turkish charity Kimse Yok Mu, who lent the couple the food truck.
The couple reportedly paid for the food with wedding donations.
