A fan tweeted to Rowling, saying that she could not see Albus Dumbledore as a homosexual, to which the acclaimed author replied:

The Harry Potter authorĀ has slowly but surely been revealing more details about the Harry Potter world ever since the last book, The Deathly Hallows, was published in 2007.
That same year she revealed that Dumbledore, the Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, was gay and in love with his rival and powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindlewald.
