The Rolling Stones have postponed a concert in Amsterdam after lead singer Mick Jagger tested positive for COVID-19, the band says.
âThe Rolling Stones are deeply sorry for tonightâs postponement, but the safety of the audience, fellow musicians and the touring crew has to take priority,â they said on Monday.
Sir Mick, 78, had experienced symptoms after arriving at Amsterdamâs Johan Cruijff ArenA, the band said.

Representatives for Mojo Concerts, which had organised the bandâs appearance in the Netherlands, came onstage to inform the audience at ArenA, a football stadium, 90 minutes before the concert was due to begin.
âHe canât sing, he canât play,â an unnamed announcer told fans.
âThere is no show tonight ⊠it is what it is.â
Amsterdam was to be the fourth stop in the âStones Sixtyâ European tour, following an appearance in Liverpool on Thursday.
